ROLL CALL: future dream chasers && goal getters — you NEED this!

This how to set your 2022 goals in 7 steps:

  • Step 1: click here to download our annual goal template and write down what you want to accomplish in 2022 - be specific. These are your goals for the year!

  • Step 2: categorize your goals into categories (personal, health/wellness, career, financial, travel, etc.) and then make a list of each goal you want to achieve per category.
    (PROTIP: use the different colored sections for each category in the template)

  • Step 3: make a game plan for what tasks/actions you need to do in order to achieve your goal.
    (PROTIP: fill this info out into the 2022 Goals section of the template)

  • Step 4: break the tasks/actions of each game plan into daily habits, weekly routines and monthly milestones.
    (PROTIP: fill this info into the daily habits, weekly routines and monthly milestones section of the template)

  • Step 5: schedule how long it will take for you to achieve your goal
    (PROTIP: map your timelines out in the quarterly section — GAANT chart style)

  • Step 6: share how you’re going to achieve your 2022 goals w/ a friend or mentor

  • Step 7: use this spreadsheet as a reference all year long as you do the damn thing & live your best life.

&& that’s basically it! I highly recommend making this spreadsheet relatively available to yourself all year long so you can check in on a quarterly basis and see your progress. It will help you hold yourself accountable and will also help you can identify the areas in your life for where you want to improve or change it up! At the end of the year, use this spreadsheet to look back on your goals, reflect on your growth and plan ahead for the next year!
